My role with the Chilliwack School District is to work collaboratively with Intermediate and Middle School teachers to continue to improve student success in the area of literacy. Our approach is to use Balanced Literacy in our classrooms. To understand our approach and philosophy it is in important to understand the fundamentals of this philosophy.
What is Balanced Literacy?
